Private Yoga Sessions
Every body and every story is different. Private sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your goals and rooted in trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, somatic movement, and breathwork. Together, we’ll build a practice that brings ease, connection, and lightness into everyday life.
I partner with yoga studios, organizations, and businesses to offer welcoming, trauma-informed yoga classes, workshops, and events for all experience levels. My classes encourage students to slow down, reconnect, and develop mindful movement practices.
Strong communities are built through meaningful partnerships. Collaborating with recovery organizations, nonprofits, community groups, and local businesses, I help create welcoming yoga programming that fosters connection and brings mindful movement to more people.

Before working with Maggie, my nervous system was completely dysregulated. Practicing yoga 1:1 with her has genuinely altered the trajectory of my life, and I mean that sincerely. Maggie's expertise, guidance, and the combination of yoga, deep breathing, and nervous system tools she brings to every session has helped me feel more grounded moving through the world. I'm now able to handle difficult situations with an ease that I simply didn't have before. I came for the yoga and left with a completely different relationship to my own life.

What Guides My Practice
Trauma-Informed and People-First
My hope is that the practices we explore together become resources you can return to whenever you need them. Sometimes that’s a mindful breath, sometimes it’s a moment of grounding, and sometimes it’s simply remembering the pause.
Connection Over Perfection
I believe yoga should be accessible, adaptable, and free from expectation, competition, or pressure. Every practice is an invitation, with options that encourage curiosity, choice, and self-awareness.
Community Matters
Yoga offers an opportunity to slow down, tune in, and meet yourself with curiosity. My hope is that each practice leaves you feeling more connected — to yourself, your breath, and the world around you.
Practice On and Off the Mat
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Whether I’m teaching a weekly studio class, partnering with an organization, or supporting a recovery community, my goal is to create spaces where people feel safe, supported, and connected.
