Engaged initially to provide copy for a new website, I now serve as a long-term strategic content manager across Morrissey Hospitality’s diverse portfolio of brands. My work spans from multi-brand website overhauls, campaign messaging, executive communications, crisis response, and large-scale initiatives including The Saint Paul Hotel’s Reimagination proposal and Morrissey Hospitality’s 30th Anniversary Commemorative Cookbook.

Collaborating with C-suite leaders, hotel executives, the AEC team, and creative partners, I led content strategy and narrative development for a long-term reimagine project designed to secure a multi-million dollar renovation investment. I helped to shape research findings into a comprehensive presentation, including stakeholder interviews, positioning strategy, and a fully developed brand concept spanning visual direction, architectural design, and core messaging.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as an ongoing strategic content manager for Provar Testing, a global Salesforce test automation and quality management platform. I translate complex product innovation, AI advancements, and Salesforce ecosystem updates into clear, SEO-driven thought leadership. Working closely with C-suite and product marketing teams, I write technically accurate, easily digestible blogs that position Provar Testing as an authority in enterprise Salesforce quality.

Working closely with owner/founder Ali Bullano, I refined the studio’s brand voice and elevated website copy to reflect its trauma-informed, community-driven mission. I aligned marketing across channels spanning blogs, social media, email campaigns, and event promotions to support audience engagement. I edited teacher training materials and program manuals to ensure clarity, cohesion, and alignment with the studio’s philosophy and international board standards.

I partnered with somatic psychotherapist Alissa Kammerling on a full website refresh to align messaging and brand voice to her evolving therapy practice. We integrated somatic therapy, psychotherapy, and ceremonial support offerings into a clear, cohesive, SEO-driven narrative designed to reach clients seeking body-based, depth-oriented healing. I ghostwrite Alissa’s blog content to support thought leadership, search visibility, and sustained client engagement.

I managed and executed a full website copy refresh during the brand’s expansion to three Denver metro locations. I clarified service messaging, strengthening brand positioning, and ensured consistency across locations. After launch, I supported the team with new stylist and esthetician bios and ongoing website updates to reflect growth, staffing changes, and evolving services.
